My son was diagnosed with mild plagio. I was curious to see pictires of other babies with mild, moderate, and severe plagio. In other words, what does mild look like, what does moderate look like, what does severe look like? None of the pictures I can find are labeled that way. Any suggestions? Can anyone point me towards their baby's photo and tell what category they fall into? Thanks for your time!
Guest guest
I too was wondering just how bad my son's plagio is... We have our consultation with CT on Friday... Once you get your score how does that relate to the severity?? Guest guest
CT is more visual and I'm not sure they would have the same breakdown of measurement severity as we sometimes pass around on this board. Generally, we say below 10mm is mild, 10-15mm is moderate, 15mm and up is severe. But it really depends on a combination of things (i.e. mild plagio and moderate brachy could make it a severe case). They do measurements (primarily for insurance purposes), and then should tell you where they fall in the mild-mod-severe range. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!
