Ok-Now I'm paranoid about gluten free statements on European foods. I have

finally found cookies that my kids can eat (gfcf as well as free of egg, soy,

tree nuts, & peanuts) from Glutano, but no one really writes about this

brand. It says wheat and gluten free and the only ingredient I question is

lupine flour. I do bake them cookies from gluten free pantry (ok, I did it

twice last Christmas), but they think mini flavored rice cakes are cookies

and it would be nice to have something they can eat. My fingers are

crossed-Is lupine flour ok?

thanks, Helene

Lupine is perfectly okay--it is a legume, and won't contain gluten

unless they have cross contamination from their lupine flour supplier.
