Guest guest Posted August 20, 2001 Report Share Posted August 20, 2001 Here you go: Original recipes by Diane Hartman modified by Jay Berger, Miss Roben's, Copyright, Miss Roben's, 2001 Strawberry Ice Cream 1 & 1/2 cups fresh strawberries 1 cup Dari-Free powder 1 cup confectioner's sugar (I used corn-free) cup VERY HOT water 2 Tbsp Spectrum Palm Shortening 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 Tbsp guar gum Blend all ingredients well in a blender before pouring into a plastic, tightly lidded container. Place in freezer until frozen.
