Guest guest
Hi- I am an exercise fanatic. Stomach crunches and lifting legs are a great help. Ecercise builds muscle and strenghthens but it is very hard to make your stomach go back. Carney worked with a trainer every day and still wound up with 8 pounds of excess skin on her stoach. I know that i will need to do surgery if I want to be flat. But-exercise can't hurt. Ellen
Guest guest
Hi Ellen - I actually have hired a personal trainer and will begin working with him next week. I am very excited. I have been walking 2 miles or using my nordic trac about 30 minutes a day. (that's his name) will develop a training program for me for now and then when I advance later, he will help me revise the program. I am so happy - he comes from a medical background and completely understands our surgery!! I will let you all know of the types of exercises that he suggests for my program. Have a great day everyone ~ God bless! Mickey L. pre-op - 367 now - 320 47 pounds gone forever!!! 7/31/01 - Dr. Inabnet > Hi- I am an exercise fanatic.
