Hey everyone, my oldiest son (we believe -NT) has just started

kindergarten. It's only the second full week and we are having

trouble in school. Trouble following directions, being part of the

group, completing the simpliest of tasks.

I wondering if he has some sort of HFA or Aspergers' of if it is just

anxxiety. He was languaged delayed as a toddler and very moody.

With speech therapy he seemed to snap out of it. He has always been

very anxious, but what makes it really difficult to piece out is that

he has a very mild facial deformity. He looks different, he has a

bump over his right eye- makes his eye brows look like he got hit.

There is no cure for this, we have had it surgurically removed once

only to grow back. We are researching an experimental tx but its not

covered by insurance. We are praying for a small windfall!

We always thought his anxiety was related to his appearance. He

talks about being different and that people stare and sometimes kids

make fun of him. We talk all the time, that he just looks different

just someone has blonde hair versus the brown but I think he is

really preoccupied with this anxiety. I don't know if this helps a

child so young with so much anxiety.

Has anyone tried the diet on there NT kids and seen any changes with

them? Kinda like what Karyn Serroussi did with her older NT daughter

that sleep walked.

I am tempted to start some supps first and then move into the diet-it

can't hurt right?

Any feedback would be helpful
