Another variation is to take a can of peaches or apricots with syrup (not

the light version) and freeze the entire can. Then run some hot water over

it to loosen, open it and put the contents into blender. Blend till smooth.

All my kids like this, but you can only take so much of peach flavored, or

apricot. Doesn't work with pears, they come out gritty.
