Guest guest
Just as when any huge tragedy occurs, we have no realization of how things in our daily lives will change as a result in the future. As this week goes on, I find myself even more and more distressed and realizing even more the magnitude of what happened in NY and DC. I can see that the American people are pulling together. I don't know about you, but it seems to me that most people are not as abrupt or hurried as we tended to be. I guess we realize the little frustrations with daily life are nothing compared to what our fellow countrymen have been through this week. I also see American flags going up. In the city where I work, the flags were flown on lamp-posts, which is usually only done around the 4th of July. Its been a sad, terrible week from which we will never be the same. But the American people I think have learned just how much they love our country and appreciate our fellow citizens. I was sent this website and I liked it, if you have time, stop in and see it and light a candle.
