First, the day after I placed my first order I got a coupon in the mail for 10% off my FIRST order. I called the company and asked if I could apply it to the order since I hadnt recieved it yet, and they said no, but that they would let me apply it to my next order (we will see). Then when my order came, 3 work days, the bag of bread mix (the one thing I was reeallllyy waiting for) had a hole in it from the way they shipped it and flour was everywhere. Everything was covered in flour, and so was my kitchen and driveway. I also got an email from Jay apologizing for my experience, and I have to say that they are being extremely generous in making up for the mistakes. I wont go into detail, (unless Jay says okay) but I am very pleased. Please, everyone, order from Miss Roben's. They are great and if there is a mistake, they fix it. I made the chocolate chip cookies this weekend that I ordered from them, and they were better than non-GFCF. They were wonderful, and my sister-in-law, who loves chocolate chip cookies never knew the difference. Our first order, we had one incorrect mix in our shipment (out of 10 items). I called about it and two days later I had the correct mix in my hands! Miss Roben's definitely believes in customer service, which is such a refreshing change these days. I just placed another order with them, and I'm hoping the shipment will get here by Saturday for my son's birthday. I'd suggest that anyone try ordering from Miss Roben's. They also send me tons of catalogs for our Southern California GF CF meetings! Love them! Highly recommend them (and I don't work for them either!)
