For the egg free folks...

Janelle's meatloaf recipe sounds great! I wanted to

share that I made my Porcupine Meatballs recipe this

week, that I posted a couple of months ago. I had

never realized that it doesn't call for any egg. I

went ahead and made it without the egg, and they were

awesome! I had been shying away from meatballs and

meatloaf because I didn't know how to do it without

egg, and you honestly don't miss it. So, any egg free

people, go ahead and try a meatloaf or meatball recipe

without the egg. It works!
