Guest guest
I am still pretty new post-op, but I would think there are few things you can do without causing harm. Take a hard look at the foods you are eating and see if there is something there that can change. Are you eating a lot of protein? Try reducing the carbs and sugars and adding more protein. Do you exercise? If not, you may want to start. If you already exercise, you may want to consult a personal trainer to make your exercise more effective. I personally wouldn't suggest dieting in the way we have all tried before. Mostly, it will just make you feel bad and you probably wouldn't get the permanent results you are looking for. I hope someone who is much further out than me can give you better advice. Kathy M. DS 7/19/01 213 pre-op 166 today!
