Guest guest
I'm going to Shriners in Los Angeles, CA. I live in LA so I don't have to travel. I understand there is a Ponseti doctor at the Shriners in Sacramento. His name is Dr. Lerman, a very nice gentleman who speaks highly of Dr. Ponseti and follows the method diligently. The services are completely free. You just have to apply. They will give you an appointment and determine whether or not they can help your child. My first appointment is for this coming Tuesday. I will let you know how it goes if you like. ~ bltarver wrote: what do you have to pay for? How are you getting down there? Let me know I would like to go get a second opinion. Guest guest
Larissa, Providing the ultrasound is correct and this new baby does have club feet, I will go to the Shrine in St. Louis to see Dr. Dobbs. There is no payment involved. Shrines help children for free; often they can help with travel and lodging expenses as well. This is what they do - what they are there for - so don't feel like a Charity Case by asking about these things, nor for accepting the help they offer, OK? They are there to meet a need, and if you have that need then embrace the opportunity to accept their help. s. Re: shriners what do you have to pay for? How are you getting down there?
