Judie,

I tend to walk upright. Never was good at walking on my hands.

I suppose you meant something else? I'm a little dense tonight

(after working 15 hours) and quite silly. So tell me what you mean.

I try and walk faster than everyone else. And I have to remind

myself that I can go up and down the stairs using both knees. Old

habits die hard.

in Seattle, tired and confused version

> mary......can you tell me HOW we are supposed to walk now that we

have shed

> enough weight to get rid of the knee pain?

Oh !!!!! You got me laughing so hard here......this was intended for

the other mary (I think there are 3 of you here right?) I was talking

about arthritis in the knees and mary happened to mention physical therapy

showed her how to excersize quads and walk right as your balance seems to

shift or something after the weight comes off......

But your answer was a delightful belly laugh for me! LOL

Hugs, Judie
