I would not try to do things to try to stop the weight loss at this point. I quit losing weight fairly early (about 10 months post op). I had really orginally wanted to get to 150, but have been at 165 since about the end of January. However, I am more than happy with my size and my weight is stable no matter what I do (eat) or don''t do (excercise) so I am very happy with my result.
