Guest guest
Just last week I was complaining about being on a plateau. Now I am worrying about losing too much too fast. You all probably think I am a nut case, but I need to ask if I am doing OK. I started out at 5'1.5 " and 213 with BMI of about 40. Tomorrow will be 9 weeks and I weighed in today at 166 with a BMI of about 31. As much as I am so happy to be losing so much, is that too fast? I am about 50% to my goal at only 9 weeks. I know many doctors consider 50% excess weight loss a success, so by those terms I have already made it. Am I crazy to be worried? Should I just shut up and be happy? Thanks for listening, Kathy M.
