Hi Becki

First of all congratulation on you weight loss!! Sounds like you are

doing awesome!!! Don't worry about traveling - you'll do great!!

I travel a quite frequently for work, I am 7 weeks post-op. Here are

a few tricks that I have found....

**Order room service in the morning before you meet your friends for

breakfast - just order a glass of milk. Skim milk has one gram of

protein per ounce - I try to get 12 ounces down while I get ready in

the AM. Quit drinking at least 1/2 hour before you meet for

breakfast.

**If you have a fridge in your room, buy cheese and take it back with

you to snack on that night.

**I also bag up some nuts to carry with my in my carry-on bag to snack

on during the flight. If you are traveling first-class in the morning

- they usually have yougart and always have nuts!!

I have set my routine up only to snack once a day. I eat the three

meals and then approx 9 or 10 at night have a high protein

snack...this works well with traveling because I can usually bring

something home from dinner to snack on later....

These are some ideas that may help...I hope you have a great trip!!

You're going to a fun city!!

Mickey
