Hi :

My breadmaker is a Regal. Here are the cycle times per my breakmaker

guide:

Knead 1 - 10 minutes

Rise 1 - 20 minutes

Knead 2 - 15 minutes

Rise 2 - 20 minutes

Punchdown - 30 seconds

Rise 3 - 55 minutes

Bake - 60 minutes

Total Time - 3 hours
