Does anyone know how often SSF does reviews?

Hi everone I have been reading several other boards that have Kaiser

members and have heard of some people being approved of in a matter of

2-3 days and others MONTHS :o I am wondering does anyone know how

often they review cases? I'm too afraid to call back and asked after

that lady was RUDE when I called in yesterday.
