Guest guest
Hi, I'm a bit confused. I have been hearing conflicting information regarding the levels of malabsorption for fats, carbs, protein. Some say that we absorb 100% of carbs, others say 50% of complex carbs but 100% of simple carbs. I have heard that we absorb from 20% up to 80% of fats, and anywhere from 20% to 70% of proteins. What have the rest of you been told by your Drs. and/or nutritionists? Thanks for the input. Pat
Guest guest
Here we go............. We absorb 35% of fats, 80% of protein, 60-80% complex carbs, and 100% of simple sugars. Can be a few percent different for each individual. Dan > Hi, I'm a bit confused. I have been hearing conflicting information > regarding the levels of malabsorption for fats, carbs, protein.
