Phyllis, I know I sent you a banana bread recipe that calls for 1-1/2 cups of

flour and baked at 350 degrees, but it calls for (1) 8 X 4 pan, not 2. Let me

know if it was my recipe. I bake this all the time, with great success, but

only in 1 pan. I also cover it when it starts to brown a bit, or it will burn,

especially if you use silverstone type baking pans.
