Guest guest
Pam, You had surgery 10 days before me so I can relate to where you are as far as post-op. I also can relate to being tired. I used to stay up until 10:00-11:00, but lately I can't make it past 9:30. Sometimes I crawl into bed before 9:00. I think it just takes us a long time to heal and our bodies are telling us to rest more. I am hoping to have more energy in the evening as time goes on. Kathy M. Guest guest
Yes, I get tired early on too . I had my surgery on 7-18 with pomp. I think though some of my tiredness may have something to do with my lack of consistant exercise. Trying to get my ample fluids in and my proteins. also work midnights so my body is still adjusting to being back to work. Don't weigh myself much maybe 2x mth. lost about 40lbs so far. Good luck to all
Guest guest
I've noticed that when my energy level increases that I usually up my activities and then I am wiped out at night. I try to honor my body needs, attend to eating well, and in time my sleep will return to it's old pattern. I used to override my body's request for sleep and indulge my mind. I now really need to get my sleep in-- probably fewer hours than most folk. But there are some nights I fall in bed at 7PM. in Seattle Anyway, I've been noticing at night time that I am ABSOLUTELY > EXHAUSTED when bed time rolls around. I'm talking SO exhausted that I have > been falling asleep while watching TV with my hubby. This is just strange to > me, because our bed time is usually 10:15 - 10:30 (I know, I know, the party
