Guest guest
Hello ! My first suggestion is to check the bar length - she's likely out grown the length in the past few months and that can cause a lot of the issues you describe. Bruising of the feet and sleeping at night with bar Hi, I'm new to the group - it's great to see that there is a support group to talk to since we are basically on our own now that our daughter is wearing the denis-brown shoes and bar. Our daughter is 3 months old now, and basically adjusted at the beginning to the shoes and the bar with only 2 nights of interupted sleep....however now, after 3 weeks of wearing the shoes and bar, we noticed last week that her feet were almost purple when we took off the shoes for her 1 hour a day. Touching her feet, she didn't seem to be experiencing any pain. As of the beginning of this week, she is now waking up frequently during the night (after having done her nights for over 5 weeks straight). We called the hospital and had felts put into the tongue of the shoes, but were told that the bruising could be caused by the shoes either being too tight or too loose (very helpful). We're not sure if she has begun to wake up (crying) during the night due to pain in her feet, nor what to do if the bruising doesn't go away after a few days. Has anyone experienced the same thing ? Any suggestions or solutions? Any advice would be appreciated.. Thanks!
