I know I am not the only one who must get frustrated from time to time....We eat fish once or twice a week. Usually oven baked orange roughy or tuna (I use it instead of salmon for Salmon Puff recipe). My son was recently shown to be high in mercury and though I know that he received major doses with his immunizations I now have a concern about fish consumption as well.
