Guest guest
Hi Everyone Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but my new 3mon old daughter and 5yo PDD-NOS son have been keeping me VERY buisy and VERY sleep deprived. I am writing to ask a quick question. When my daughter was born I tried the breatfeeding thing and I failed terribly so decided to put her on soy formula and found out in 1 week that she is TOTALLY intolerante to soy ( blood in stools and bottom had hardly any skin and bleed BAD ) once pulled it everything cleared up. Then tried Nutramigen, Alimentum and the big gun 30$/can ( forgot the name ). The only thing she seamed to tolerate is Similac 1/2 high iron and 1/2 low iron formula. She is now on cereal ( tried rice but bacame VERY constipated, so changed to Barley )and fruit. I try fruit for 4 days and then change to make sure she is not intolerante to any. She has GREAT eye contact and developing well above the curve. She follws, watches and does everything a NT 3mon old should do. I am REALLY nervous because my son did all this and began to regress after the MMR ( my daughter will get the MMR but separated and leaving 1 year in between each shot and definately Thimersol free). Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can keep her GFCF as best I can. When it's time for milk she will go on Dairy-Free ( that's what my son drinks ). Thanks in advance to anyone with some advice Hugs, Terry.B ( Very sleepy in Mass )
