I just got something really great from the head of our

Blooming Prairie Food co-op. It is a list of Gluten

free products that they carry. Not necessarily casein

free. But that is half the battle! They have phone

numbers so it will be easy to call for the second

half.It also has address and phone numbers for lots of

suppliers. It is 40 pages long. I noticed that they

don't have all their GF products listed because they

forgot Pamela's cookies and Lundberg. I would suggest

you call and see if you can get a copy sent to you. It

also has a packet for celiac disease, sort of a

starter packet. It includes information on different

types of flours and their qualities. It is so cool.
