Guest guest
Trader Joe's has a list in store of their Gluten free foods, unfortunately I don't think they have any CF, I've never found any. They have veggie chips that are good, but don't get the veggie sticks, they have wheat starch.
Guest guest
My husband just left for trader Joe's with the GF list in his hands, our products circled in red. The ingredient lists are easy to read, but first trip might want to be without kids, if possible, so you can read carefully. The staff is also happy to call the store's nutritionist if there are any questions. The things we get on a regular basis are:Soy-Um original (soy milk), Applegate Farms turkey and turkey hotdogs, tons of snacks-potato puffs, skinny origianl chips, etc. lots of apple/fruit sauces, condiments, etc. etc. The chicken Taquitos are fun-Very thin rolled tacos. Also the soy-um coffe is excellent for us-Just poor it over ice cubes and tell your taste buds to squint-YUM! The list is huge. Good Luck. Guest guest
We buy their wheat free toaster waffles (both plain and banana); meringue cookies (plain, cocoa, mint, or lemon); EnviroKids Gorilla Munch cereal; Trader Joe's Rice Um Fat Free Vanilla milk(made for them by Pacific Rice); Terra Chips; Cosmic Potato Puffs; preservative-free juices and beans; possibly cross contaminated Rice Thin crackers (side by side on the shelf with a similar wheat containing one, be careful); several flavors of big (Italian-sausage size) chicken and/or turkey sausage (some contain milk, read labels) in the refrigerated deli case, fresh and frozen meats and scallops, fresh and frozen vegetables (watch for some nifty Duchesse potato puffs in the freezer that look like meringue cookies, and which they carry at the holidays), chicken broth in the green label cans, sulfite-free fruit sauces and coconut milk, sometimes Halvah (corn syrup and all), a few milk-free chocolates such as Ghirardelli Pastilles or Mint UFOs. I'm sure there are other foods but this is all I can think of now. (Can you tell I shop there a lot?I danced a jig when they opened a TJ's in our town, as we had known before the route to every TJ's within a 2 hour drive of here!)
