Here is what I do, as a pre-op to combat the sweat rashes and keep the body odor from forming w/in an hour of a shower. I shower regularly, of course.. (I think most MO's do, if not all of us.. I think sometimes that I am paranoid about my hygiene) But when I am done showering.. I make sure to dry the folds very good.. ALL of them.. tummy, groin.. on my sides when I have excessive fat at.. and then I do something that some people look at me funny for.. But it works for me.. I have not used any powders liek Gold Bond, cause they set me on fire cause my skin is so sensitive, and cant' stand the medicines in that powder.. I react very strongly to it.. So, I can't use that.. Some people can.. Remember that because your stomach area, (the apron).. is not subjected to sunlight.. outside areas.. that it is as tender, if not more so, than the groin areas.. and underarm areas.. which is why most of the powders that are medicated will tell you not to apply it to the areas where sensitive reactions may occur. For me, it just burns like wildfire.. and I can't get it off of me fast enough. by the time that I have done it, My skin has been sore to the touch for days. I am only speaking of a minute or two. I would imagine that most large people's tummys are that sensitive there.. but I can't speak for anyone aside from me I use Right Guard Sport, **Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant**.. and spray that in all of the skin folds areas.. and then when it has dried.. which is really fast, if you hold your tummy up so that air can get there.. and then I put Either Desitin Cornstarch and Zinc Oxide powder.. *it is for babies that get diaper rash*, or Balmex powder with the same properties in it.. it is not talcum powder.. but rather absorbs any wetness that may come through, and keeps you smelling sweet.. and keeps you dry.. so that the rashes don't happen, and you dont' get the soreness that can accumulate if you dont' keep that area dry.. Try it.. it works miracles.. It doesnt' matter what kind of anti-perspirant you use. just make sure it is an ANTI-Perspirant. it won't clog your pores either.. no matter what the web says.. it is an urban legend that claims that it causes problems.. Hope this helped some.. Love Cia
