I am bothered a bit by indigestion at times. But I take Nexium and seem to be fine. I have 2 BM's in the morning. The first is soft, the second is runny. But I have NO urgent BM's and only about once every two weeks do I even have a bowel movement any other time. I eat very normally, as tonight I had pork chop, mashed potatoes, green beans and salad. I ate most of my pork chop and small amounts of the other things. But my intake is pretty normal now and I can eat literally anything. My DH and I are empty nesters and it was important for me to still be able to eat out since we do that so much. I feel great and have lost 95 lbs. in 6 months and a week. I love this surgery! Jackie Ward " God bless America! Land that I love " Dr. Maguire BPD Surgery 3/19 6 months and down 93 lbs.
