We were at Dr. Holmes office in Baton Rouge (we drove for two days to get there- thank goodness we did not fly there) when the whole terrorist thing was going on. It was awful. Poor Dr. H. She was beside herself, and none of us could concentrate on autism. And, unfortunately, the airport had already been closed and we couldn't do any of the lab work because it is sent out of state. Anyway, while there, I bought a cookbook they had at the desk called A Second Chance: Wheat, Dairy, Sugar, Yeast FREE by Pascale . In it are some good sounding recipes, but many of them call for goat or sheep cheeses. Are these casein free???? Anyone have this cook book or know the answer to this question???
