GFCF Diet without Rice

I just got some test results back on my son. He got all 1's on his

comprehensive food panel from Great Plains Lab. He showed allergies to

milk, cheese, wheat, oats, barley, rye, peanut, almond, peas, egg, beef,

soy, and rice. Of course, I was very surprised to see that rice was a

problem. In fact rice was the highest one -- it is very close to being

a 2. has been GFCF for a year. I guess that's why milk,

wheat, cheese, oats, barley , and rye are low now. Beef was the second

highest 1 and soy just barely made a l. My question is -- do people

rotate foods that are 1's. I still plan on keeping him GFCF and we have

eliminated rice. I have been limiting soy to every third day. This is

all very tough because he is very picky and seldom tries anything new.

Thank god he showed no allergies to potato, chicken, and corn. I was

just wondering what other people do when they get these results.

Thanks,

Jackie (mom to 6 yrs AD and 71/2 yrs NT)

This is just my opinion but I think that as long as these kids have a leaky

gut they are going to become allergic to whatever they are eating. I think it

is best to rotate foods as much as possible and concentrate on getting rid of

the gut problems caused by yeast and metal toxicity.
