Maybe you didn't beat it long enough, or it might depend on what kind

of mixer you use. I use Mom's big ol' KitchenAid with the balloon

whisk, start it out sort of slow to get it incorporated, then crank

it up to full speed for a few minutes to fluff it up. It should

roughly triple in volume. When you scoop out a spoonful, you should

see pretty large bubbles -- otherwise you haven't beaten enough air

into it.

Oh gee Tom LOL

I started off beating the crap out of it and it was so thick it wouldnt even

go down into the bowl! It was climbing up the beaters instead of staying in

the bowl where it belongs. Finally had to take it apart and get it back

into the bowl. By then it was too late as it was too thick to do anymore.

(almost like it needed more liquid) I was using a hand mixer. Should have

used my big mixer with the wisk......

Next time........stay tuned!

However..........I did take a bite and 30 min later my toliet was full LOL
