This may be inconvenient in most situations, but I have found my hand

held shower massage to be excellent in getting those sensitive tissues

cleaned well and no reach is needed. Just aim and shoot! I dont like

the 'lotiony' feeling after using those moist wipes.. Believe it or

not, I found it easier to reach after I got home.. i had lost a few

pounds by then and was much more successful. Good luck
