need powdered milk substitute

Does anyone know what I can substitute for powdered milk? I am waiting

for a 25lb box of DariFree that I ordered 2 weeks ago last Tuesday, but

am unable to make the foods I usually do while we wait. One of my

children is soy intolerant, and one shows significant allergic reactions

to soy. Any suggestions are welcomed.
