Hi Lee Anne,

I am just over 3 weeks post op and doing well. I am going back to work on

the 15th, so I'll have to get that together too. Here are some thing I find

helpful the 1st few weeks:

oatmeal

protien-filled soups(lentil is great!)

crystal light

protien supplements

frozen fruit to mix with protien drinks

lite yogurt

acidophylis

string cheese

eggs

thinly sliced deli ham

decaf teas

sugar free popsicles

water water water

tuna fish

When I go back to work I plan to take a soft lunch bag with blue icepack...I

tend to eat three meals a day plus two snacks. As I work evenings I plan to

eat breakfast and a protien drink before work. In my bag I'll bring some

string cheese, a yogurt, and either a ham and cheese or tuna sandwich, soup

or maybe a weight watchers or lean cuisine frozen dinner. I'll see how it

goes for me.

Good luck with your surgery and recovery!
