Guest guest Posted September 8, 2001 Report Share Posted September 8, 2001 For those from the Midwest, who know and enjoy breaded tenderloin sandwiches, using potato chips instead of crackers make the best tenderloins ever! I did some like this, and some with crackers, and all my family preferred the potato chips ones. I used boneless pork loins, cut into 1 " to 2 " slices, tenderized using the edge of a plate, dipped into egg then potato chips, deep fried. Another thing we don't have to live without.
