Breaded tenderloins

For those from the Midwest, who know and enjoy breaded tenderloin

sandwiches, using potato chips instead of crackers make the best

tenderloins ever! I did some like this, and some with crackers, and all my

family preferred the potato chips ones. I used boneless pork loins, cut

into 1 " to 2 " slices, tenderized using the edge of a plate, dipped into egg

then potato chips, deep fried.

Another thing we don't have to live without.
