I like Diet Hansen's. They use splenda for a sweetener. I also use splenda for my coffee. Cream is not a problem. You malabsorb the fat and is actually better for you than milk because it has fewer carbs, believe it or not. Kathleen F Open Duodenal Switch Drs.
