Just reverse the " rules " and you should be able to stop losing, even gain.

Eat high calorie foods, drink liquids with your meals, don't exercise too much,

etc.

At about 2 yrs. PO, I began to get too thin. For me, 130 lbs. is perfect and

I was down too 117 lbs. I called my surgeon because I was concerned about

losing more. My bone structure is large and at that point I had real proof

of it...lol. First he told me to eat more to stretch my pouch a bit. Then he

told me to avoid anything like salad. I gradually gained the weight to where

I wanted it. Now if I get sick, i.e.- a stomach virus or something, I do

loose again. I have been told off and on over the last 10 yrs that I was too

skinny...it is kinda nice to hear those words after being MO.

Just try to eat filling yet healthy foods. Ninety-seven lbs. seems awfully

small to me but I don't know how tall you are and what normal weight for

yourself is. I would contact a doctor if you loose anymore. Also, I have

heard the issue of someone becoming anorexic after WLS. We have let food

rule are minds being MO. Some, have taken to the other extreme. This only

you know if it could be possible.
