Guest guest
Putting in my 2¢ please! While I don't believe that carbonated beverages (soda, beer and such) cause weight gain, I do believe that they are part of the old habits that got me to 500 pounds. Guest guest
I agree. It's not that they, in and of themselves, cause weight gain, it's that for many of us, sodas are a trigger food. After all, what goes with soda, but chips or pretzels of popcorn or even a Big Mac. So, for those of us that experience those cravings when drinking soda, just " handle with care.
