Guest guest
So, I've been SCD since 1/7/10. I ate eggs for the first 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden I started to get really (I mean REALLY) bad gas - it smelled like rotten eggs sort of, sulphurous, and the smell would not dissipate easily (it really hung around). I suspected eggs b/c that's what it smelled like. I tested by going back to intro and doing really easy foods for a week or 2. Then I ate eggs at my boyfriend's last week (that is the only SCD-safe thing he feels comfortable making for me so far haha) and developed the gas again within 2 days. So i'm pretty sure it is the eggs, right? How come they didn't affect me like that for the first 2 weeks? Do you think it has something to do with candida? Like the bad bacteria started dying off and the candida surged? Help! I want to eat eggs without making people pass out!!
