You know what I did to build up my arms and my shoulders (and I didn't even

know at the time this would be the result!) I started playing a drum! I

bought a doumbec (middle eastern hand drum) and started playing it---I

attend drum circles also and I bought african and middle eastern music and

listened to it and figured out the beats---my arms are awesome! I didn't

even realize this was happening until I went to drum circle one night in a

sleeveless shirt and all my friends mentioned how buff my arms look---and

the only thing I had been doing is playing my drum! So, if you like beating

on a drum, try it out! Not only will you have fun and hear some great

music, you'll get buff arms out of the fun, too! Oh and it helped increase

my strength in my arms--since I was such a weakling after surgery (I had

never been weak before in my life!)
