Guest guest Posted March 11, 2010 Report Share Posted March 11, 2010 Hello! Yesterday I made yogurt, but had to leave the house so couldn't monitor the temp well. When I got home I saw that it was at 120 degrees, and had probably been there for 8 hours. Did I just kill all of the bacteria? Can I still eat the yogurt anyway? Thanks!
