Guest guest
My 6mo. old son just started wearing his DOC Band 3 days ago, and I noticed his right eye appears smaller (squished) a lot of the time. It doesn't appear to bother him, but I'd like to know if anyone else has noticed this. Since it's the weekend, I can't call CT and check to see if this is normal. Guest guest
Is his flattening on the right? Our son had flattening on the left and the ortho said to expect the left eye to look a bit squished with the band on. So, as long as it's on the correct side, I think that is a good sign, as regards the fit of the helmet. , Starband sine 01/05/09 Kansas > > My 6mo. old son just started wearing his DOC Band 3 days ago, and I > noticed his right eye appears smaller (squished) a lot of the time. Guest guest
I must say that I've noticed this on my son as well. It seems to push down slightly over his right eye. Very strange that we're all noticing this. We have my son's first follow-up appointment at CT tomorrow. I'm going to mention it and report back as to what they have to say.
