Guest guest
Hi Bob, Thanks for the email, I guess we do have similar situations. You're going to have surgery to fix a mess that shouldn't have happened. I always thought dentistry and orthodontics were pretty predicable. I put way to much trust into letting the dentist/ortho decide stuff about my mouth, when I should have listened to myself. Sometimes your teeth are where they are because nature put them there, and they manage to serve you well. I'm starting to wonder if humans were all meant to have the same cookie cutter game show host smiles. I mean no disrepect for those who really benefit from surgery and it's life altering effects. Thank goodness for the technology. But for those of us who got to this point by trying to fix something that wasn't broken, it's hard to accept. I hope your surgery goes well and you have a speedy recovery. Keep focusing on having a fun trip in Las Vegas in Sept. I know a great buffet at the Mandelay (sp?) Bay, you can celebrate by eating anything you want. Take care, let me know how the surgery goes.
