Hey,

My Doctor specifically recommended cool mist although I couldn't tell

you why?

Hi Katja,

ly, I don't even know if it matters too much. The one I have is

cool mist, but now I'm thinking warm mist would have been be nice,

too. The general idea is that you breathe in the air that has water

is it, so your nasal passages don't dry out too much, making you feel

even more stuffy. We bought ours in Walmart for like, 20-25 bucks.
