tracey, are you at a 21 lb weight loss on your scale and gaining that pound on

your doc's scale? i always went by the same scale (mine)...i always weighed more

on my doc.s scale and my primary physician scale. you will be weighing on your

scale mostly..so just go by your scale weight and when you visit the doc and he

tells you a different weight..just do like i do...agree with it (even though it

bugs ya) and just go by your scale pam

HI all i am 16 days out from surgery and as of monday i had a 21

pound loss! got on the dr scale yesterday and i have gained a pound!

what happened! i am freaking out since it seems the weightloss is

going the other way!! is this normal? i am on a pureed diet, 5-6

meals a day and getting in about 50 oz of fluid! i am back to doing

all my chores around the house and walking some what am i doing

wrong!!!!!!!!!

Tracey,

You are not doing anything wrong. This happens to people who do not have

surgery. What's happens,, that your body is still processing and purging what

you nave consumed and when you weighed yourself, your body may not have purged

everything. Also the scale at a doctor's office always puts weight on you.
