Guest guest
My dehydrator came with some " no stick " sheets. My meringues still stuck to them. However, placing the sheet in the freezer for a little while let me pop the meringues right off. It would probably work with a plate too. Guest guest
When I was growing up we used to make regular meringues in a very slow oven, and we always cut a piece of brown paper bag the size of the cookie sheet. I don't know a thing about dehydrators and what is good or evil with them, but meringues didn't stick to the paper in those days. Of course I'm sure you are not using sugar so perhaps there's a content/stickiness difference, but just an idea. > > My dehydrator came with some " no stick " sheets.
