face lifts

I have a friend who is a plastic surgeon supply rep,(sell all kind of strange

equipment to surgeons) and he says that Cher and others, and that you, if

you want a face lift, have and should always make sure they inject your own

fat back into various parts of the face so you don't have that gaunt look,

and that a lot of docs arent' real artists, just technicians and if the book

says do it in these three steps, that's what they do, instead of realizing

that " a roundish, curvacious face is a youthful face, " and " lifting " it

accordingly.

What you see in Joan Rivers, I think as an artist, is loss of cutaneous fat

right under the surface in the area of what are called the 'tear troughs.'.

Actually, I think she looks so much better now than she did with that

spray-helmet hairdo. I think you might like her a little better too if she

wasn't so harsh with people. Sometimes beauty is greater if the heart is

greater also.

Personally, I think women should do whatever they like, for they usually have

spent so many decades doing exactly the opposite. There are BAD sugeons in

this world. When you see people who have been for plastics who now look like

caracatures, that is not the person's fault. The fault lies with the doc who

either overstepped reasonable boundaries or doesn't know what he/she is

doing. While it is true taht different bodies (faces) react in different ways

to food, additives, surgery, plastics, a doc is supposed to be able to help,

not harm.

Just my two cent's worth.

love,

ceep

Wish I had Cher's tight bod....but then, I'm sure she's unloaded a ton of the

green on plastics. I really liked her old face better...and her slightly

crooked teeth were really quite charming, I felt. Then she turned out with

these fat lips...and unnatural looking teeth. I think the older we get, the

more we should stay away from face lifts...IMNSHO!! Anyone seen Joan Rivers

lately? Her face looks horrible. Once we get old, the face loses its

subcutaneous fat...and then, when they have the face lift...it makes them

look like they are taking way too many " G's " . Stretched way too tight, and

sorta flat looking. I'll keep my sags TUVM!
