i just weighed and i am 20 lbs from my goal weigh

it seem like forever but i finally made it

and it feels ssssoooo good

02/01/00 weighed in at 450lbs surgery day

04/18/04 weighed in at 180

There are no words that I could say that would tell you how proud I am for

you nor any way I could even begin to imagine how you feel right now. All I

can say is WOW! You have done great! Keep up what you are doing... it is

most surely working!
