Guest guest
Well, I won't be stepping into the debate! ; ) I was just searching around for an alternative to commercial sports drinks for the kids (not DH). I had read up on the young coconut water and thought it would be a great combination with some good juice.AmeliaHusband UC 9 years, SCD 19 monthsLDN 3 mgTo: BTVC-SCD Sent: Sun, February 14, 2010 4:01:05 AMSubject: Re: Re:SCD for IBS? I thought I remembered someone saying that in one of the discussions. This is what the proponents of young, green coconut water say. There's been quite a bit of argumentation on the subject, with proponents saying that Elaine didn't bother to research it properly. Same argument I've heard for allowing bifidus and other non-legal probiotic strains. That Elaine didn't research it properly. Young green coconut water may be great for people without gut issues. It is NOT, however, SCD legal. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
