Guest guest
I get my multi vitamin at Lucyskitchen.com. It's a Freeda multi. If your multi has iron in it, it's illegal. There are plenty of other ingredients that could cause it be illegal but iron is a bigtime culprit. Yeast can be a problem for everyone but SCD on it's own can help. If you have a yeast problem, you can to go the files section of the group and look at the file Yeast or Candida information. He has been on one (from Nature Made) since his diagnosis in Aug. but I don't think it would pass as SCD legal. I know there's good chance of malabsorption so it would make sense to add that in. > > Also, I have seen several posts about people struggling with yeast issues. Does that become a problem for everyone on SCD? I'm a little concerned about removing one issue for another. > > Thanks, > > Sherry >
