Guest guest
We were at a school carnival on Saturday and while waiting in line for face painting, I saw a boy, about 10 or 11 (I'm terrible with guessing that age range!) with significant left plagio and facial assymetry. I say significant because I didn't have to look hard to see it. One of the things that I don't like about going through this experience is that it's made me overly critical of other babies/kids' heads and it's the first thing I look at. But in this case, it was really easy to see and I would bet that other people, who have no idea about plagio, would notice it as well. So I just wanted to let everyone know that we really have done/are doing the right thing by our kids, whether it's through a band or agressive repo. This boy (who is not the first I've seen like him) proved to me, yet again, that the head does not miraculously pop out round as they grow, and we need to do what we can to help. Thanks for " listening " ... Jake-2.5 (DOCBand Grad 9/08) Jordan-
